Students can print an official enrollment verification or check to see who has obtained education verification from the National Student Clearinghouse or use the link available through your Ursa login.
The National Student Clearinghouse, a representative of the University of Northern Colorado, provides enrollment status and degree information to individuals and organizations such as student loan servicing agents and guarantors (Direct Loans, Nelnet, SallieMae, and CSLP), insurance companies or prospective employers.
UNC and The National Student Clearinghouse exchange enrollment and degree information electronically. The Clearinghouse provides this same information electronically to loan servicing agents and guarantors in order to defer federal education loans for UNC students. Students who need to have a paper loan deferment form completed can drop it off at the Registrar’s Office. Electronic and paper deferment processing of enrollment information can be tracked on the Clearinghouse site, the Staff in the Registrar’s Office, and by the students.
Clearinghouse enrollment information is available after the following dates:
| Spring 2008 | Jan 23 , 2008
|
| Summer 2008 | Jun 4 , 2008
|
| Fall 2008 | Sept 10, 2008 |
Students can also access and print grade and schedule information from Ursa . Check with your health insurance company to see if they will accept the schedule available on URSA as proof of enrollment for health insurance coverage.
