Name and Address Change

If you are a current student address changes can be done by you directly on your URSA account. If you need assistance, please contact the Registrar's Office at 970-351-2231.

Information such as name, marital status, gender, social security number and birth date cannot be changed without a written request. This request may be faxed to 970-351-1870 or mailed to the Registrar’s Office, Campus Box 50, Greeley, CO 80639. You must provide a copy of documentation such as driver’s license, marriage license, court order, social security card, or birth certificate.
