Verifications
The National Student Clearinghouse, a representative of the University of Northern Colorado, provides enrollment status and degree information to individuals and organizations such as student loan servicing agents, guarantors (Direct Loans, Nelnet, SallieMae, and CSLP), insurance companies and prospective employers. UNC and the National Student Clearinghouse exchange enrollment and degree information electronically.
You can print an official enrollment verification certificate from the National Student Clearinghouse through your URSA account. A direct access link is available under both the student and financial tabs. If you need to have a paper loan deferment form completed, you may drop it off at the Registrar’s Office, Carter Hall, Room 3002.
Clearinghouse enrollment information is available after the add/drop deadline for each term and enrollment status is determined by the number of currently enrolled credit hours.
